Aurik Gustomo is Professor of People Development. Aurik completed the Doctoral Program at IPB University and earned a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree from the Industrial Engineering Department of the Bandung Institute of Technology. He joined the ITB’s School of Business and Management in 2003, one of the prestigious business schools in Indonesia accredited by AACSB. Presentation Title: An integrated approach for the building of Sustainable Human Resources Management: evaluating the articulation with Internal Communication towards the building of internal Organizational Sustainability
Daniel Roque Gomes has been the Vice-President of the Polytechnic of Coimbra since July 2021 and is responsible by the academic affairs and quality management. In 2017, Gomes took office as an Administrator of the Polytechnic of Coimbra and was responsible for financial management, public procurement, and information and communication technologies.
He has a PhD in Psychology specializing in Work and Organizational Psychology, a master’s degree in Social and Organizational Psychology, and a bachelor’s degree in Social and Organizational Psychology from ISCTE-IUL.
He started teaching in 2006 and is now an Adjunct Professor in Organizational Communication, Organizational Change and Human Resource Management in Coimbra Education School of the Polytechnic of Coimbra.
He is the author and co-author of 19 book chapters in national publications, 27 scientific articles in international journals, 4 scientific articles in national journals, and 15 articles in national and international conference proceedings. Gomes is an Associate Editor of the Business and Management Research scientific journal, a member of the Editorial Advisory Board of the Employee Relations Journal, and is one of the Review Editors of the Frontiers in Psychology scientific journal and also of Performance Science journal. He is an invited reviewer of multiple scientific journals in Management and Work and Organizational Psychology. He regularly participates in national and international events in management as a speaker.

He is a graduate of the Department of Statistics and Insurance Science of the School of Finances and Statistics of the University of Piraeus specializing in the analysis of portfolios (1999). Furthermore, he holds two postgraduate degrees. The first one is a Master’s in Advanced Studies in Telematics Management from the School of Media, Management, Information and Communication from Danube University of Krems, Austria specializing in e-Finance (2002). His second postgraduate degree is in Informatics Systems from the Greek Open University specializing in e-Government (2009). Finally, he wrote his doctoral dissertation at the National Metsovio Polytechnic School in the area of Humanities, Social Sciences and Justice (AKED) at the school of Applied Mathematics and Natural Sciences, focusing on the topic of the influence of Social Media on the real economy and the social identity of citizens (2019).
He has a teaching experience in the tertiary education since the academic year 2000-2001; it includes mainly contracts of assignment of scientific or laboratory work, with independent teaching, to content pertinent to the fields of finance, statistic, macroeconomic, quantitative methods, social media and adults education.

Che-Hung Lin is Associate Professor in Accounting at National Pingtung University. He received his PhD in Accounting and Finance from the National Central University of Taoyuan, Taiwan. His research areas include founding family ownership, auditing, accounting conservatism and earnings management. Dr. Adolfo F. Chiri

Assoc. Prof. Deniz Palalar Alkan
Deniz Palalar Alkan is Associate Professor of Organizational Behaviour and Management at Yeditepe University. She has earned her baccalaureate degree from Florida Atlantic University majoring in International Business and Trade. She got her Master’s Degree from Lynn University and Ph. D. From Istanbul University. While attending Florida Atlantic University she volunteered to work with students with disabilities. After obtaining her bachelor’s degree, she started to work at several international banks including Citibank N.A. and global insurance brokerage firms. She has been an instructor since 2011 and currently teaching courses including Leadership, Business Management and Entrepreneurship at Yeditepe University. Her area of interest are organizational behavior, leadership, and diversity.

She graduated from Hacettepe University, Department of Economics (BSc). Esra Kabaklarlı completed her master’s and doctoral studies at Selcuk University, Department of Economics. After graduating from the university in 2003, the author worked as a Management Trainee at Denizbank A.Ş for 3 years and started her academic career at Selçuk University in 2006. She had the opportunity to complete the practical part of her thesis at Regents University in England, where she went for her PhD thesis research with a YÖK scholarship. Digital Economy, Green FinTech, finacial literacy are the areas of interest of the author, who generally works on economic policy. She is a working group member of COST-19130 Fintech and Artificial Intelligence in Finance, 2020-2022 .

Assistant Professor Hüseyin İkizler graduated from Koç University Mathematics-Economics Double Major Program and a master’s degree in Economics from Koç University. He received his Ph.D. in Microeconomics from Bilkent University in January 2019. Currently, he has been working as a faculty member (2021-) at OSTIM Technical University, Department of Economics. His current research focuses on labor economics and health economics.
